If substantial bodily harm was suffered, then you will face up to five years in prison, and up to $10,000 in fines for this felony conviction. Finally, if a deadly weapon was used, and significant bodily harm was suffered, then you will face felony charges, and up to 15 years in prison as well as up to $10,000 in fines.
