“Being this is my first (hopefully last) time on the wrong side of the law I have had hundreds of questions. The both of you have not only answered every one of them, you have also made this whole process very stress free. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me over the past 8 months and I would recommend anyone going through a similar situation to use the tow of you. Chip - As for the trial I must say that was like watching Michael Jordan or Tiger Woods dominate their competition. Win or Lose you did absolutely everything in your power and I really appreciate it. I guarantee that DA hopes he does not have any cases against you in the near future.” Kirk B.

(Las Vegas Review Journal 8/13/2004 JOHN L. SMITH column) regarding our client Allan M:
ABBREVIATED SENTENCE – Hand your gambling money to convicted armed robber Allan M. for he’s surely the luckiest man in Las Vegas this week. [Allan M.] was the accomplice of “cancer guy” robber Jody Kenneth Thompson, who in June caught a half-century sentence for his armed robbery spree. (Thompson told victims he was robbing them because his child had cancer. It was a lie but every criminal needs a nickname.)
On Wednesday in Judge Bonaventure’s court, get-away driver and lookout [Allan M.] received a gift in the form of a suspended sentence and five-years of probation.
I guess [Allan M.] really was the get-away man.
